Most plants are shipped bareroot (all or most of the dirt washed off of the roots), unless otherwise stated. Plants are carefully wrapped and shipped in a strong box, either by UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
All plants are guaranteed to be true to name, state inspected, and free of harmful disease and insects when you receive them. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your shipment, simply return your order within 7 days for a product refund (less shipping). Plants are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned in poor condition. Non plant items are not subject to this fee. |
Bareroot trees, shrubs, and perennials are an economical way to purchase plants. They do, however, require some care during the first few months to assure a healthy plant for the future. Please refer to the "Planting Instructions sidebox" on this page for further information.
